RE/MAX Properties Inc. Agent Mastery Program (AMPed) is a stepping-stone for newly licensed agents to engage in state-of-the-art training and mentorship at the #1 real estate company in
Colorado Springs. Led by a diverse group of EIGHT successful and experienced agents , new agents learn the tools and training necessary to build a successful real estate career from colleagues who have proven systems and years of success in the real estate industry. With access to diversified learning and mentorship from eight experienced agents, the AMPed program sets itself apart from any other newly licensed agent training in the Colorado Springs Real Estate community.

The AMPed program consists of case-study workshops, one-on-one contract support, interactive instruction, and classroom courses, all carefully crafted to teach new agents the tools and skills they need to excel in this business. Our goal at RE/MAX Properties, Inc. is to offer new agents a dynamic learning environment where they are supported and encouraged while learning the industry's best practices from local leaders!

Responsibilities

● Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs

● Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; present purchase offers to sellers.

● Prospect through your sphere and lead generation daily
● Attend In Person Classes and Case Studies
● Attend bi-monthly accountability and motivational meetings
● Attend monthly company sales rallies

Qualifications:

● A valid Colorado Real Estate License is required
● Sales Experience is a plus
● A valid Driver's License is required
